MATTRESS BASES
Tableros GARFER collaborates and supplies the most important national and foreign manufacturers of bed bases, slats, rails, as well as any other wooden component, and is always looking for the personalization and exclusivity of the final product.
In the manufacture of slats, Tableros GARFER has always been a pioneer and a trendsetter; we were the first to apply decorative surfaces to the slats using paper, PVCs or other technical surfaces, the first to emboss the surface, laser engraving the logos of our customers and to manufacture slats machined using numerical control with different and exclusive designs for each customer, as well as with the slats coated on 4 sides.
At Tableros GARFER we have designed our own exclusive paper and PVCs.
At Tableros GARFER, once the boards have been pressed with the appropriate configuration, they are unravelled, moulded and covered with the decorative surface chosen by the client to achieve rails (outline of the bed base) and other internal parts of the bed base.
We adapt the measurements and thicknesses to the needs of each project and each customer, thus offering a totally personalised product in terms of shapes and surfaces. We carry out the machining operations required by the customer in our Numerical Controls.
We manufacture all the accessories you may need to define bed bases, such as:

VEENER and
PLYWOOD PANELS
At Tableros Garfer we carry out the complete process for the manufacture of veneers and plywood boards; from the selection of the logs to offer the highest quality in our products.
You can choose the size and thickness of the veneer you want to adapt to the needs of each use, so the dimensions are completely customised for the customer.
Likewise, at Tableros Garfer we manufacture plywood boards with the measurements that the customer needs.
At Tableros Garfer we manufacture veneers and plywood boards from: Beech, pine and poplar.
HPL POPLAR
BOARDS
At Tableros Garfer we manufacture poplar plywood boards covered with HPL laminate; a type of high density and high strength laminate ideal for the manufacture of furniture and interior decoration, especially for caravans and camper vans conversions.
